I started on a journey recently. It’s beginning with getting my body healthy. I’ve only been eating low-carb for four months, but I’m feeling stronger with more energy, I’ve lost the bloat, and the blood sugar roller-coaster has stopped. And the drop in 3 sizes in four months is a pretty cool result too.
Since I didn’t like my picture being taken, the “before” picture was actually taken 8 months before I started down the low-carb path, but I looked the same.
The tummy roll (with accidental same sweater) is indeed from directly before and now.
